These guys know what they are doing, Marilyn and Sudha were very professional and accurate in finding us good tenants within 3 week's of listing. They did open homes during weekdays and on week ends, communication was spot on and everything was just fabulous. Can't recommend them enough.

Sudha was very professional, he listen to our needs, wasn't pushy for an offer on the premises he was showing. Couldn't of been more helpful in answering our question and kept us informed on progress of our offer, to the point he contacted us on a public holiday to let us know how things where transpiring and the progress. Since the offer was excepted he has been very helpful in organising things for us.

Best agent you can find. I have been dealing with Space real estate since 2016 and I always have very good experience with them. My current property manager Sarwar and Roxanne are very help and professional. They have always managed to find me good tenants in short period of time, which you expect from your property manager as a land load.
